BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATION
During your consultation we will cover multiple topics to find out the root cause and any contributing factors to the problem behaviours. Topics include diet, breed fulfilment, routine, exercise and relationships. Ideally, the behaviour will then be witnessed in action and analysed.
All consultations are conducted within owners home so that you and your dog are comfortable.
Consultations are for approximately 1 hour.
Price for consultation is £50.00.
Additional fuel cost may apply if outside of a 5 mile radius of Solihull.
TRAINING WALKS & ADVENTURES
These are 2 hour sessions where your dog is collected, taken to a destination for walking/training, returned to you and given feedback including photos and videos. Behaviours covered during these sessions range from general obedience, impulse control, socialisation, confidence building, settling, low level reactivity and desensitisation. A consultation to assess whether your dog is suitable for this service or 121 service will be required.

Price is £150.00 per walk/adventure.
Additional fuel cost may apply if outside of a 5 mile radius of Solihull.

ABOUT
US

Hello!
Thank you for visiting my website.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Charlotte.
I am Level 2 qualified in Canine Behaviour & Communication and I am also a trained Reiki Master in USUI Reiki Human & Animal Therapy.
I have a miniature dachshund called Chip who is my furry little assistant in my business. I also have two cats called Mabel and Smudge and also tropical fish.

I love animals and nature, and my close affinity with animals in particular really helped me through my own difficult times. I have had a range of animals throughout my life from hamsters to fish to cats to dogs to horses and even stick insects; animals are my passion!
All of my animals have been inspirational educators and have each helped me to expand my skills and knowledge base.

I believe the dogs who come for training should be treated with respect. We nurture co-operation with all of our clients and work within their range of skills and abilities. If they really can't, or don't want to do something, we won't force them and will seek to find an alternative.
This means we have a very flexible approach to our range of training skills and treat each animal as an individual with their own needs and abilities. Years of training and practical experience means we have a wide range of skills and techniques to choose from.
Primarily, I am what is classed as a balanced trainer. This means that I use a method of training that incorporates both positive and negative reinforcement to shape a dogs behaviour. This involves using rewards for desired behaviours and corrections for unwanted ones. However, I DO NOT use aversive tools which cause harm or pain to the animal.
First we start with the most simple things and that is often where you see the most change.

I also offer a number of other animal services including dog walking, holiday pop ins and horse care.

I cover Solihull and surrounding areas.
